The question submitted for all Crimean referendum, contains no provisions on the territorial integrity of Ukraine

The Head of Crimean Parliament Vladimir Konstantinov held a meeting with the heads of cities and regional and municipal councils of the autonomy concerning the organization and holding of Republican (local) referendum on the improvement of the status and powers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

Opening the meeting the Speaker reminded that on February 27 by the Supreme Council of Crimea was adopted the decision on holding of the Republican and local referenda on the issues of improvement of the status and powers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. V. Konstantinov stressed that it is the legitimate decision of the Crimean Parliament, adopted in compliance with the Constitution of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea (article 26 refers to the powers of the Supreme Council decision on holding a Republican (local) referendum).

The Speaker informed that for the organization and conduct of referendum has been established a working group, headed by the First Deputy Chairman of the Crimean Parliament Grigoriy Ioffe.
