Vice-speaker of Crimean Parliament Sergey Tsekov proposed to consider the issue on transition of Crimea at the time, coinciding with the Moscow

Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council of Crimea Sergey Tsekov proposed to organize a discussion in Crimean society about the transition to the second hour zone, as more natural for the Crimea. He said this at the session of the Presidium of the Supreme Council on March 3, 2014.

According to the Vice speaker, the initiative will enjoy Crimean citizens.
