It was stated by the Chairman of Permanent Commission of SC ARC on Legislation, Organizational Management of the Supreme Council and Public Relations Konstantin Bakharev on December, 2 at the extraordinary plenary meeting of the Supreme Council of the Crimea during the discussion of the issue “On the aggravation of the political situation in Ukraine”.
