Vladimir Konstantinov left a memorable inscription in the bus of Crimea people's emergency volunteer corps

The State’s Council Сhairman of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov left the memorable inscription in the cabin of the people's emergency volunteer corps bus, which also was decorated with wishes and gratitude words of citizens and republic’s guests.
The Head of the Parliament thanked the militants for their civic stance in peace ensuring and stability in the Peninsula and holding of all Crimea referendum.

His signature also put the first Vice-speaker of the Crimean Parliament Grigory Ioffe.
